I stayed at this hotel and found the location to be super convenient, right in the heart of the city and close to multiple malls. However, the rooms definitely need some attention as they felt quite run down and there was some noise that kept me awake at night. The staff were nice and generally helpful, but I think a bit more training would enhance the service experience. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but it wasn’t quite the relaxing stay I hoped for.
